Cashew Cake for Rakshabhandhan

About the Recipe

Today we’re going to learn how to make cashew cake for Raksha Bandhan. This cake is delicious and can be made with a few ingredients available at home. Oddy Ecobake helps you bake the cake in perfect shape without the need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Condensed milk - half tin & Olive oil - 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1 tsp & Maida - 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp & Baking soda - 1/8 tsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp & Saffron milk - 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nuts, raisins - 1/4 cup & Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Tutti frutti - 2 tbsp & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Take half a tin of condensed milk in a bowl and add olive oil and vanilla essence to it.
  • Mix them well, and add the dry ingredients to the bowl. Combine well to prepare the cake batter.
  • Add saffron milk gradually to the batter and give it a good mix. Add chopped nuts to the cake batter and combine well.
  • Transfer the batter to a cake mold lined with Oddy Ecobake. Add wet cashew nuts on top of the batter.
  • Bake the cake for 40 minutes at 180 °C. Once the cake is baked completely, demold it and enjoy.
