Ingredients

Premix cake sponge
Whipped cream
Golden balls
Pearls, Golden leafs and Drips
Paper decoration
Cake pillars
Blue and Pink food color
Mango crush
Cookies powder

Directions

Bake a 12 inch cake sponge using 1200 gm premix powder and Oddy Ecobake Baking and Cooking Paper for the first cake, bake 10 inch cake sponge using 900 gm of premix powder for second cake and bake 7 inch cake sponge using 600 gm premix powder and Oddy Ecobake backing and Cooking Paper for third cake.
scrape the upper layer of cake sponge if it is hard, and divide it in 3 layers, do the same for the other two cakes also.
Place the first layer of cake and apply a coating of whipped cream on it, and some mango crush over it and put another layer on, repeat the process for both the remaining layers, and do the same for the other two cakes also (use pink color coating for the third cake).Crumb Coat all the cakes completely, and smoothen them using a scrapper or card.
Now for the first cake, apply blue color cream on the side of the cake and use a leaf nozzle of No.113 to make tropical leafs on the bottom of the cake.
For the second cake, make a design with blue color cream as shown in the video.
Insert the 4 pillars on cake one and 4 pillars on cake two and put all three cakes together and finish it by decorating as shown in the video and your cake is ready.
