Easy and Crispy Cookie Cake at Home

Today we are going to see how to make easy and simple giant cookie cake at home. This cake is crispy outside and soft inside. Oddy Ecobake helps in getting perfect shape to your cake without any hassle.

Ingredients

 

  • 1/2 Cup sugar powder
  • 1/3 Cup melted butter
  • 1 Tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 Cup all-purpose flour & 2 Tbsp corn flour
  • 1/2 Tsp baking soda & 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/4 Cup milk Dark Chocolate

Directions

 

  • Add powdered sugar, melted butter, and vanilla essence to a bowl and mix well. Add maida, corn flour, baking soda, salt and mix well.
  • Add milk and chopped dark chocolate to the same bowl and prepare the batter to a dough-like consistency.
  • Take a cake mould, line it with Oddy Ecobake baking paper, and transfer the mould to the pan. Add dark chocolate pieces and sprinkle sugar on the cake.
  • Bake the cake for 30 minutes on the stove. Check if the cake is completely cooked and switch off the flame.
  • Transfer the cake to a plate once it has cooled down. Cut the cake, serve it with icecream, and enjoy.
