Ingredients
- 1 cup cake pre-mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- Hazelnut spread
- 1 cup whip cream
- Chocolates and Chocolate ganache
Directions
- Add 1/2 cup of water to 1 cup of cake premix and mix well without any lumps. Transfer the batter to a 5-inch cake mould lined with Ecobake baking paper.
- If you are baking the cake on a stove, then preheat it for 10 min and bake the cake for 5 min on high flame and 15 min on low flame. If you are baking the cake in an oven, bake the cake for 15 minutes at 180 °C.
- Check if the cake is baked completely and switch off. Once cooled, slice each cake into 3 even pieces for a total of three layers.
- To prepare the frosting, add hazelnut spread to the whipped cream and mix well. Place the first cake layer on the turntable stand for cake and apply a layer of frosting on top of it.
- Sprinkle some chopped hazelnuts on top of the cream. Repeat the process with the remaining cake layers, leaving the top layer lightly frosted, just covering the crumbs.
- Refrigerate the cake for some time until the frosting is set. Now, take some whipped cream, add some hazelnut spread to prepare a hazelnut mousse cream.
- After the cake is set, apply hazelnut cream to the outer layer of the cake. Decorate the cake with golden balls(non-edible), chocolates, and chocolate drips.
