Easy Cake Decoration For Beginners

Try this easy cake decoration method when you bake a cake next time. You need purple whip cream and chocolate ganache to bring out the beauty of this beautiful cake. Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup cake premix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Whip cream
  • Purple food gel
  • Chocolate ganache
  • Golden balls

Directions

 

  • Mix half a cup of water to 1 cup of industrial premix without any lumps. Take a cake mould lined with Ecobake cooking paper and transfer the cake batter into it.
  • Bake the cake for 20 to 25 minutes on the stove in a preheated vessel. Wait till the cake is completely baked and cooled down to a normal temperature.
  • Now cut the cake sponge into equal parts. Place the bottom layer on the cake board. Apply and spread whipped cream on the top. Garnish the bottom layer of the cake with chopped dark chocolate pieces and tooti frooti after applying the whip cream.
  • Flatten the chocolate pieces and tooti frooti pieces to give a smooth and even base for the second layer of the cake. Apply whipped cream on the top layer and sides, and crumb coat the cake. Once the cream is set, completely frost the cake with whipped cream.
  • Take purple whip cream and apply it on the cake with a spatula and make a ripple design with a cake scraper. Make chocolate drips on the sides of one half of the cake. Make a rope design on the opposite side. Decorate it with golden balls.
