Make a simple cake into a beautiful one just by using bottles. A new and innovative method of decorating a cake using readily available materials at home.

Ingredients
- Whipped cream
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp white chocolate compound
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- Soft drink bottles
- Royal blue food gel color, White gel, Sky blue food gel, Pink gel colour
- Gold dust
Directions
- Line a cake tin with Oddy ecobake baking and cooking paper and pour cake batter and bake for 35-40 minutes on low flame
- Crumb coat the entire cake with whipped cream. Using a brush, make a swirl pattern on top of the cake
- Take 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp white chocolate compound and chop it. Transfer in a pan and add 1/4 cup milk , 2 tbsp oil and cook on low flame and mix well till it melts.
- Take soft drink bottles and cut the bottom part - approximately 1 inch and take out the floral pattern at the bottom of the bottle.
- Make a hole in the centre of the bottle bottom and insert a straw.
- Transfer lukewarm chocolate ganache in a mug ( take out 2-3 tbsp in a separate mug) Now add 2 drops royal blue food gel colour, 3-4 drops white gel, 1 drops sky blue food gel and make a rough zig zag pattern.
- Place the bottle bottom on top of the cake and pour the white chocolate ganache with the colours added on the bottle bottom.
- Leave it for a few minutes till the glaze covers the whole cake. Now take the 3 tbsp white ganache kept separately and add 1 drop pink gel colour and whisk using a tooth pick and pour it in the straw.
- In a bowl ,take 2 pinches of gold dust and 2 drops oil and mix well. And pour it as drops on the pink glaze.
- Decorate the bottom of the cake using pink and white whipped cream and star shaped nozzle. Make a braided pattern and add Happy birthday tag on the center of the cake.
