Ingredients
- 180 gm premix sponge
- Strawberry Crush
- Strawberry Gel
- Whipped cream
- Dark compound chocolate
- Plastic sheet
- Clean wrap
Directions
- Bake a cake sponge using 180g of premix sponge and Oddy Ecobake Baking and Cooking Paper. It can be reusable.
- scrape the upper layer of cake sponge if it is hard, and divide it in 3 layers.
- Place the first layer of cake and apply a coating of whipped cream on it, add some strawberry crush over it and put another layer on, repeat the process for both the remaining layers.
- Apply whipped cream according to your preference.
- Crumb Coat the cake completely, and smoothen it using a scrapper or card. After crumb coating .Take strawberry gel in a piping bag and apply a layer of it.
- Take a plastic sheet and apply a layer of melted Dark compound chocolate on it , use an AC room to set the chocolate. Cut the chocolate to make chocolate rings as shown in the video.
- Wrap the chocolate around empty clean wrap and apply a clean wrap over it and put it in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes , you can make different types of chocolate garnishing by this procedure.
- Make a design on the bottom of the cake by using chocolate garnishing as shown in the video.
- After 15 minutes take out the chocolate sheet and remove the rings from it. You can paste the corner of the chocolate by using melted chocolate to make it a perfect round and put a ring on the cake and other in the freezer for further use.
- Finish it using chocolate garnishing over the cake and your cake is ready.
