Chocolate Caramel Cake Decoration

About the Recipe

If you are looking for a simple dessert for a special occasion, then you must certainly try chocolate caramel cake. We use Oddy Ecobake baking and cooking paper to line the baking tin. Ecobake does not require greasing and the cake comes out in perfect shape after baking.

Ingredients

 

  • Chocolate cream
  • Caramel crush
  • Chocolate ganache
  • Vanilla whipped cream
  • White chocolate
  • 150 gm sponge cake

Directions

 

  • Make sponge cake with 150 gms premix. Ecobake is non-sticky and helps to remove the cake from the mould easily. Remove the crust from the sponge cake. And cut it into 3 layers.
  • Take the first layer, add cream and caramel crush. Spread everything evenly. Repeat the process for the next two layers.
  • Cover the cake with the cream and level it up nicely including the sides. Pour chocolate ganache on top of it and layer it nicely on the top and sides of the cake to cover it fully.
  • Take OHP sheets and spread white chocolate into a thin layer. Cut thin stripes and roll the sheet to form a patterned design as shown in video. Decorate the cake with white chocolate squares surrounding the cake. Add few curved stripes of white chocolate and our Chocolate Caramel cake is ready to eat.
