Make This Chocolate Pastry Without Measuring Cups

Try this unique chocolate pastry that can be done in steel katoris without using any measuring spoons or cups. This is a simple recipe that can be done with ingredients easily available and can be done in less time. Ingredients

 

  • Sugar powder – 5 spoons & Milk – 15 spoons
  • Fresh curd – 3 spoons & Oil – 4 spoons
  • Vanilla Essence – 1 spoon & Maida – 7 spoons
  • Cocoa powder – 1.5 spoons & Baking powder – ¼ spoon
  • Baking soda – a pinch & Whip cream – ¼ cup
  • Chocolate ganache

Directions

 

  • Make cake batter by combining the wet ingredients and dry ingredients separately, as shown. Take 3 steel katoris, line them with Ecobake cooking paper, and transfer the cake batter into them.Bake the cakes for 18 minutes in a preheated vessel on the stove.
  • Once completely baked, demold the cakes from the katoris. Take chilled whip cream and whisk it until peaks are formed. Add 3 tbsp of chocolate ganache to the cream and mix well. Cut the katori cakes into two equal halves. Take one half of the cake and apply chocolate frosting to it.
  • Place the other half of the cake on the frosting and remove the extra frosting. Repeat the same with the remaining cakes. Sprinkle chocochips on the cream frosting and garnish with chocolate ganache. Serve the pastries and enjoy.
