Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla premix
- Rasmalai sweets
- Whipped cream
- Yellow Gel
- Pistachio powder, golden flakes and rose petals
Directions
- Line a cake tin with Oddy ecobake baking and cooking paper.
- Take 1 cup vanilla premix and 1 cup water and mix well. Add the batter to the cake tin and bake in a Preheated kadhai for 20-25 min at low flame OR in an oven at 180°c for 20 minutes.
- De-mould the cake. Cut the cake into 2 horizontal halves and soak the sponge using rasamalai milk. Then add whipped cream, pieces of rasamalai and mix them.
- Then add the second layer and repeat the procedure. Coat the cake using white whipped cream.
- Take whipped cream and add 1-2 drops yellow gel. Crumb coat the entire cake with yellow whipped cream and make it smooth.
- Take yellow whipped cream in piping bag and using grass nozzle, make designs on the cake as shown in the video.
- Add pistachio powder on top of the cake in a circle shape. Add rasamalai in between the circle on top of the cake and add golden flakes and rose petals to garnish.
