About the Recipe
Yummy everyday snack recipe- Cheese sticks. Easy to make and with a cheesy taste, it surely catches an important place as our evening tea time snack.

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp dry active yeast
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 cup maida
- Salt
- 1 tbsp milk powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp oil/ butter
- 50 Grams butter
- 1.5 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp basil, 2 tsp pizza masala, Coriander
- Mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese
Directions
- In a bowl 1/2 tsp dry active yeast, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, 1/2 cup lukewarm water and mix well. Keep aside for 25 minutes till the yeast is activated.
- Now in a bowl 2 cup maida, 1 tsp salt and seive them. Then add the activated yeast and mix well. Then add 1 tbsp milk powder (optional). Gradually add lukewarm water and mix the dough. Also add 1 tbsp oil/ butter and make the dough. Keep aside for 3-4 hours.
- Add 1 tsp maida to it and mix again. The dough is ready.
- Take 50 Grams butter and add 1.5 tsp chilli flakes, 1 tsp basil 1.5 tsp pizza masala , few leaves of coriander and mix well. Butter is ready.
- Take Oddy ecobake baking and cooking paper and place it on a tray.
- Roll the dough into a rectangular shape with slightly more thickness and arrange it on the dough.
- Now spread the butter generously on the dough. Add mozzarella cheese and/or cheddar cheese on top. Sprinkle pizza masala in top of it. Bake in a Preheated oven at 200°c for 20 minutes.
- Once baked, garnish with chilli flakes and coriander. Cut into slices and enjoy.
