Try this new breakfast recipe that can be done in minutes. Everybody will appreciate you after eating this. Today we have used cabbage stuffing to make this recipe. You can use vegetables of your choice for filling. Oddy Uniwraps paper foil helps in wrapping the rotis and keeps them fresh and tasty for a long time.

Ingredients

 

  • Wheat flour - 1 cup, Besan - 1/4 cup, Ajwain - 1/2 tsp & water
  • Green chillies - 2, Coriander leaves, Grated Cabbage &Chopped onions
  • Red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chat masala & salt
  • Cheese, ghee & oil

Directions

 

  • Make a dough by mixing wheat flour, besan, salt, turmeric powder, ajwain, and water. Let it rest for a while. Meanwhile, prepare the filling by grating the cabbage.
  • Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, green chillies, corinader leaves, chat masala, and garam masala to the grated cabbage and mix well.
  • Take a small portion of the dough, roll it out and flatten it using a rolling pin. Add 2 to 3 tbsp of filling and some grated cheese to the roti and cover it.
  • Cook the roti till the brown spots appear on it and apply some oil on the sides of the roti. Once the roti is cooked, cut it into two halves and serve.
  • You can wrap the rotis using Oddy Uniwraps paper foil to keep them fresh and soft for a long time.
