Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate premix
- Whipped cream
- Chocolate ganache
- Chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp neutral gel
- Different types of chocolates and biscuits.
Directions
- Line a cake in with Oddy ecobake baking and cooking paper
- Take 1 cup chocolate premix and add 1/2 cup water and mix well to form batter.
- Pour the batter in the cake tin and bake in a preheated kadhai for 5 minutes at high flame and 15 minutes at low flame / in an oven, bake at 180°c for 20 minutes.
- Cut the cake into 2 horizontal halves and coat with whipped cream and chocolate ganache. Add chocolate chips. Repeat with the other layer.
- Crumb coat the cake with white whipped cream and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, take whipped cream and add 3 tbsp chocolate ganache and mix well and mousse cream is ready.
- Coat the entire cake with the mousse cream well and smoothen the edges.
- Take 3 tbsp chocolate ganache and add 1 tbsp neutral gel and pour in piping bag.
- Make drippings on the edge of cake using the chocolate ganache. Add the ganache on top of the cake and fill completely. Garnish the cake with different types of chocolates and biscuits.
