Ingredients
- 50 salted gm butter
- 200 gm condensed milk
- 1 cup maida
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp cocoa powder & 1/2 tsp cheese powder,
- 1/2 tsp baking soda & 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Red colour gel
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 2-2.5 tbsp cheese cream
- Golden sprinkles
Directions
- Take Oddy ecobake cooking paper tray and Line a cake tin with it.
- In a bowl, take 50 salted gm butter, 200 gm condensed milk and mix well. Then sieve and add 1 cup maida, 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp cocoa powder 1/2 tsp cheese powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda & 1 tsp baking powder and mix well.
- Then add 3/4 cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla essence and red colour gel and mix well.
- Pour it in the cake tin and bake in a preheated kadhai for 5 minutes at high flame and 40 minutes at low flame.
- For frosting, take 1/2 cup whipped cream and beat well. Then add 2-2.5 tbsp cheese cream. And beat well to ensure no lumps.
- Make designs on the cake - on the top and edges. Garnish with golden sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. After that, cut and enjoy this cake.
