About the Recipe
Make this delicious Eggless Rasmalai cake in just 9 minutes- without oven, in a pan. This is very healthy and can be made using ingredients that are easily available at your home. Delicious and visually appetizing cake.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
 - 1/2 cup curd
 - 1/4 cup oil
 - 1 cup powdered semolina
 - 5-6 drops vanilla essence
 - 1/4 cup hot milk
 - 1 cup milk + malai
 - 2 tbsp milk powder
 - 1 tbsp sugar
 - 2-3 tbsp saffron milk
 - Yellow colour, 5 drops rasamalai essence, 1/4 tsp elaichi powder
 - 1/8 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp baking powder
 - 1 cup whipped cream
 - Cashew, Tuti fruity, Pista, Almond, Rose petals
 
Directions
- In a bowl, take 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/2 cup curd, 1/4 cup oil and mix well. Then add 1 cup powdered semolina, 5-5 drops vanilla essence and mix well.
 - Then gradually Add 1/4 cup hot milk and mix well. Cover it and keep aside for 15 minutes.
 - Take a pan and grease with oil. Place Oddy Ecobake cooking paper circles on it.
 - In a mixer, Take 1 cup milk + malai,2 tbsp milk powder, 1 tbsp sugar, 2-3 tbsp saffron milk, yellow colour, 2 drops rasamalai essence, 1/4 tsp elaichi powder and blend it.
 - Now to the semolina batter, add 1/8 tsp baking soda and 1/2 tsp baking powder and a little milk and mix well.
 - Now pour the batter to the pan and place it on an preheated iron tawa and bake for 9 minutes at low flame.
 - Now with the help of a wooden stick, make holes on the cake and pour the saffron milk over the cake and coat completely.
 - In a bowl, take 1 cup whipped cream, add 2-3 drops rasmalai essence , yellow colour and beat well for 7-8 minutes.
 - Apply this cream on the top of the cake and apply evenly. Garnish with cashew, tutti fruiti, pista, almond ,rose petals etc. Refrigerate for sometime and enjoy the cake.
