There are times when we crave for tasty snacks but thinking of making them just makes us abandon the thought. Many times we skip our breakfast because it’ll take forever to prepare a tasty recipe. But recipes like mayonnaise sandwiches are easy to make and easy to pack for your lunch, tasty and healthy on the other hand. Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • Chopped Vegetables(Tomato, Capsicum, Onion etc.)
  • Bread Slices
  • Green Chutney(home-made)
  • Tomato ketchup

Directions

 

  • Take a mixing bowl and beat it for a few mins by adding some water.
  • Now add all the spices in the bowl and mix them well
  • Add the chopped vegetables, you can use any vegetables you may like.Mix it well so that all the vegetables’ pieces are completely covered in the mixture.
  • Take a bread slice and spread some green chutney using a spoon, then add the vegetable mayonnaise mixture on it and spread it evenly on the slice, on the another slice of bread apply a layer of tomato ketchup and place it on the former one.
  • Put it in the sandwich maker and toast it for a few min, and take it out.
  • Your sandwich is ready to serve, you can also pack it for lunch using Oddy Uniwraps food wrapping paper. You can also use it to wrap your sandwich for children for ease of handling, as shown in the video.
