Chocolate Hazelnut Cake

Ingredients

  • 170 gms premix cake
  • Chocolate cream
  • Chocolate ganache
  • Hazelnut paste

Directions

  • Bake the sponge cake with 170 gms cake premix. Use Oddy Ecobake cooking paper circles to line the baking tin. Oddy Ecobake cooking paper comes in pre-cut circle shapes and hence saves our time. Also, it is non-sticky and grease-proof hence no need to grease the baking tin.
  • Cut the sponge cake into three layers. On the first layer add chocolate cream, chocolate ganache and hazelnut paste, blend well and layer nicely repeat the same process of the other two layers
  • Now add chocolate cream nicely on top and on the sides of the cake as well. Add chocolate ganache and cover the cake evenly with.
  • Take fondant and roll well into a thick layer. surround the sides of the cake with the fondant. Make collar and decorate the cake like a shirt as shown in video. Add copper chocolate balls and decorate the cake. Our chocolate hazelnut cake is ready.
