Red Velvet Cake Without Butter and Oven

Ingredients

 

  • 1/2 cup fresh curd & 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Vanilla essence - 1/4 tsp & Milk powder - 1 tbsp
  • Maida - 1 cup & Cocoa powder - 1 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp & Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
  • Milk - 3/4 cup & Red food color - 1 drop
  • Paneer - 50 gm, Milk - 1 tbsp & a pinch of salt
  • Whip cream - 1 cup & sugar syrup

Directions

 

  • Mix curd and sugar in a mixing bowl and add vanilla essence to it. Sieve the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients in the bowl. Add milk to the bowl to make the cake batter and add a drop of red food colouring. Bake the cake in a pan lined with Ecobake cooking paper for 35 minutes on an induction stove.
  • To make the cream cheese, grind soft and fresh paneer, a pinch of salt and milk in a mixer jar. Put 1 cup of whip cream in a bowl and beat it until stiff peaks are formed. Combine the prepared cream cheese and whipped cream to make the frosting.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled a bit, trim the upper layer of the cake and slice the cake into 3 equal parts. Soak each layer of the cake with sugar syrup and apply frosting. Completely frost the cake with the prepared frosting and decorate it with red velvet cake crumbs as shown.
