Easy Snack Recipe With Bread and Hungcurd

Try this simple and easy snack recipe that can be made with bread, hung curd, green chutney, and a few chopped veggies. This snack recipe will be apt either for breakfast or for snacks. When packed in a lunch box, Uniwraps paper foil helps in wrapping the sandwich to keep it fresh and tasty.

Ingredients

 

  • Bread slices & Thick Curd/dahi/yogurt 1 cup
  • Carrot, cabbage, onion, tomato, cucumber, capsicum. finely chopped 1 cup
  • Salt to taste & Pepper powder
  • Roasted Jeera/cumin powder
  • Green chutney & Sweet chutney

Directions

 

  • Make the sandwich filling by removing the water from the curd and adding all the chopped veggies to it. Add salt, pepper powder, and jeera powder to the curd and veggies.
  • Take a bread slice, apply some green chutney to it, and add some filling. Now keep another slice of bread on the filling and make a sandwich. Take a steel cutter or tumbler and cut the sandwich into a round shape.
  • Make 2 to 3 sandwiches like these and toast them on a tawa with some butter or ghee. Once the sandwiches become crispy, transfer them to a plate.
  • You can serve them like this or you can make a chat out of this by adding red chutney, green chutney, boondi and some curd.
