Ingredients

  • Powdered Sugar – ¼ cup & Milk – ½ cup
  • Fresh curd – ¼ cup & Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Maida – ½ cup & Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder – ¼ tsp & Baking soda – ¼ tsp
  • Milk powder – ½ tsp, Dark chocolate – ½ cup & Milk – 1 tbsp

Directions

  • Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately and combine them together to make the cake batter. Line a cake mould with Ecobake cooking paper and transfer the cake batter into it. Bake the cake for 25 minutes at a low flame in a preheated vessel on the stove.
  • Melt half a cup of dark chocolate and milk in a mixing bowl using the double boiler method to prepare the chocolate ganache. Once the cake is baked and cooled, cut it into three equal parts. Make chocolate sugar syrup by mixing three tablespoons of water, sugar, and chocolate ganache.
  • Place a layer of cake on the cake board, soak it with chocolate syrup, and apply ganache over it and spread it well. Place the second layer of the cake on the first layer and repeat the same steps. Similarly, repeat the frosting for the third layer of the cake and frost the entire cake. Set the cake for later.
  • Once the cake is set, apply the melted chocolate over it and spread it uniformly on all sides of the cake. Decorate the cake with chocolate sprinkles and designs as per your wishes.
