Zingy Parel is the famous Domino’s style snack. It is filled with paneer and harissa sauce. It is crusty on the outside and soft and gooey inside. It is called Zingy Parcel as it is full of bursting flavors in the shape of a small parcel. Try it out on an Oddy ecobake cooking paper circles for easy preparation.

Ingredients
- For Dough: 2 Cup all purpose flour 1 Cup wheat flour 2 Tbso milk powder 1/2 Cup fresh curd 1 Tsp salt 1 Tbsp sugar 1 Tsp baking powder 1/4 Tsp baking soda 3/4 Cup milk 1 Tbsp oil
- Harissa Paste: 8 Pieces soaked kashmiri red chilli 1/2 Tsp jeera 1/2 Tsp coriander 6 Cloves garlic coriander leaves 1/2 Tsp salt 1/2 Tsp oil 1 Tsp lemon juice 3 Tbsp veg mayonnaise 1 Tsp mix herbs
- Coated paneer: Paneer cubes 1/4 Tsp salt 1/4 Tsp turmeric powder 1/4 Tsp garam masala Kasuri methi 1/2 Tsp oil
Directions
- First start with the dough: In a bowl, 2 cups all purpose flour, 1 cup wheat flour, 2 Tbsp milk powder and mix well. Then add 1/2 cup fresh curd, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda. Mix all the ingredients nicely. Then gradually add 3/4 cups milk. Kneed and make a sticky consistency dough. Add 1tsp oil and kneed again. Cover and let it rest for 20 mins.
- For Hasissa Paste: In a mixer grinder take 8 pieces of soaked kashmiri red chillies, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp coriander seeds, 6 cloves garlic, few coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp oil, 1 tsp lemon juice. Grind and make a fine smooth paste.
- Transfer it to a bowl. Then add 3 tbsp veg mayonnaise to the ground paste. Mix well. Next add 1 tsp mix herbs to the mixture. Now the Harrisa paste is ready.
- Cut paneer into small cubes. Transfer to a bowl, then add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, little kasuri methi and 1/2 tsp oil. Mix all ingredients well.
- Now remove cloth of dough after 20 minutes. Kneed again well. Take a dough portion and roll it into a rough shape. Dust corn flour while rolling. Roll slightly thick layer. Then cut it into 6 pieces. Add Harissa paste on all 6 pieces. Add coated paneer cubes. Brush water on edges Fold and stick corners into a parcel shape. Apply butter on the parcel. Sprinkle mix herbs.
- Next take cooking paper circles. Oddy Ecobake cooking paper circles are easy to use, non-sticky, convenient and hassle free. Line the paper on a plate and place the raw zingy parcels on it. Cover and pre-heat pan for 5 mins. Place plate for baking. Cover and bake at low flame for 25 minutes or pre-heated oven at 170 degrees for 10 mins. Remove lid after 20 mins and your super delicious zingy parcel is ready. Apply one coating of butter before serving.
