Crispy Corn Pakora In Under 15 Minutes

About the Recipe

These quick and easy corn pakoras only take 15 minutes to prepare. This recipe only calls for sweet corn, onions, and rice flour. The Ecobake cooking paper tray makes it possible to fry corn pakoras with less oil and to reduce the amount of cleanup required afterward.

Ingredients

 

  • Sweet corn - 1 cup
  • onion - 1
  • chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Rice flour - 3 tbsp
  • coriander and curry leaves

Directions

 

  • Grind sweetcorn coarsely in a mixer jar with two garlic cloves. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add some chopped onions, salt, curry leaves, hinge, and coriander leaves.
  • Add a few sweet corn kernels to the mixture and xombine well. Add 3 tbsp of rice flour to the bowl and give it a mix to form a dough.
  • Take a pan, place an Ecobake cooking paper tray on it, and pour some oil. Take a small portion of the dough, flatten it, and fry it in the oil. In this method, you can fry the corn pakoras in very little oil.
