Tasty and Easy Breakfast made from halF a cup peanuts and Curd

Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup Rice Flour /Maida
  • 1/2 Cup Raw Peanuts
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Green chili
  • Vegetables as per your choice

Directions

 

  • Take half cup raw peanuts in a pan and add onion, 2 green chili and boil it at high flame for 2 minutes.
  • Let water cool, mash the peanuts and drain the water.
  • Now grind the peanuts with onion and green chili in a mixer and make a white paste.
  • 4. Pour paste in a bowl and add rice flour/Maida, salt (no water).
  • Take a pan , add ghee, half spoon sarso, Dhaniya, tomato and capsicum and Maggi masala on low flame.
  • Add tadka to paste and mix well. Then take pipine bag and add the paste to make a cone.
  • Now deep fry the paste in pan and peanuts bits are ready to eat and carry in lunch with uniwraps.
