Bake this double chocolate cookie within 2 minutes. All you need to do this recipe is a handful of ingredients like All purpose flour, butter, cocoa powder and sugar. Ecobake helps in getting the perfect shape for your cookies without any greasing and no need for cleaning afterwards. Ecobake cooking paper can be used directly in the oven without any baking plate.

Ingredients

Butter – 1 tbsp & Sugar – 2 tbsp
Milk – 1 tbsp & Maida – 1/3 cup
Baking powder – 1/8 tsp & Salt – 1/8 tsp
Dark chocolate & Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp

Directions

Mix butter, powdered sugar, and milk in a mixing bowl. Add maida, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt to the same bowl to make a dough. Add chopped dark chocolate pieces to the dough and combine well.
Take Ecobake cooking paper and spread a small portion of dough on it and add a few dark chocolate pieces to the cookie dough. Place the Ecobake cooking paper with the dough on it in the oven.
Bake the cookie for 2 minutes at 160 degrees C in convection mode. Once the cookie is baked completely, take it out of the oven and enjoy it once it cools down.
