Paneer Pizza

We Indian’s do have a thing for Italian cuisine especially pizza. Who does not love pizzas?? Adding Indian twist to it by adding panner is the ultimate comfort food. Let’s make Panner Pizza and soothe our food cravings!! Oddy Ecobake prevents the pizza base from sticking the pan. It is also eco-friendly and non-sticky.

Ingredients

 

  • Pizza base
  • Butter 100 gms
  • Panner 200 gms
  • Chilli flakes 4 tbsp
  • Oregano 4 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce 1 small cup
  • Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  • Pizza sauce 1 small cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • 1 Onion cubed
  • ½ capsicum cubed

Directions

 

  • In a bowl take cubed panner and add chilli flakes, oregano, tomato ketchup, pizza sauce, salt and mix well. In a different bowl add butter, ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes, oregano and mix well till it melts well.
  • Take the pizza base and spread a little oil on it. Add the butter mixture on it and add tomato sauce, mayonnaise, pizza sauce and spread well. Add mozzarella cheese, onions, capsicum and panner 5-6 pieces. Add a little seasoning of chilli flakes and oregano on top.
  • Take Oddy Ecobake non-stick liners and place it on a plate. Add our pizza on top of the Oddy Ecobake. Preheat the pan for 15-20 mins and keep a stand on the pan and place our plate on it. Cover it with a lid. And cook on medium heat for 15-16 mins
  • You can also bake the pizza in a microwave. For microwave cooking preheat the oven and bake for 180 degrees for 15 mins. Use Oddy Ecobake to line the base of the pizza. Oddy Ecobake is non-sticky and reusable. Our Panner pizza is ready to eat.
