Easy Cake Decoration on the Rasmalai Cake

About the Recipe

Make this rasmalai cake and follow the steps to easily decorate it. This decoration can be done by anybody, even by beginners using the nozzle. Ecobake helps in getting the perfect shape for your cake without greasing and there is no need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • Industrial premix – 1 cup & Water – ½ cup
  • Whipped cream
  • Rasmalai
  • Yellow food gel
  • Pistachio powder

Directions

 

  • Mix industrial premix and water to make the cake batter. Transfer the cake batter to a cake mould lined with Ecobake cooking paper. Bake the cake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into 3 equal parts.
  • Place a layer of cake on the cake board and soak it with rasmalai milk. Place rasmalai pieces on the first layer, apply pistachio powder on it, and frost it with whipped cream. Repeat the same procedure for the second and third layers of the cake.
  • Apply yellow food gel to the whipping cream and frost the cake with it completely. Take the R11 nozzle and fill it with whipping cream and make the patterns as shown on the cake. Arrange rasmalai pieces on the cake and garnish it with pistachio powder.
