Chocolate Cream Cheese Brownie Without Eggs

Make this light and fluffy brownie with cream cheese. Adding cream cheese to the brownie batter gives these amazing brownies a rich flavour and texture. Ecobake helps in getting the perfect shape for your brownies without greasing or the need for additional cleanup.

Ingredients

 

  • 150gm dark chocolate & 50gm salted butter
  • 200gm condensed milk & 100gm maida
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder, 1/8 tsp baking soda & ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar, ½ tsp chocolate essence & 1.5 tbsp milk
  • 150 gm cream cheese, 1 tbsp lemon juice & 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk, 1 tbsp maida & 3 to 4 tbsp milk

Directions

 

  • Melt dark chocolate using the double boiler method and combine it well with salted butter. In a bowl, add condensed milk and sieve through the dry ingredients, giving them a good mix.
  • Add chocolate essence and melted chocolate mixture to prepare the batter. Add milk to adjust the consistency of the batter. Transfer this batter to a rectangular mould lined with Ecobake parchment paper.
  • Mix cream cheese, lemon juice, sugar, condensed milk, maida, and milk to prepare the cream cheese. Spread the cream cheese uniformly over the brownie batter.
  • Bake the brownie for 15 minutes at 180 °C in a preheated oven. Once the cake is baked and cooled, cut it into pieces and decorate with chocolate melt..
