Ingredients
- For Chocolate base: 3/4 cup Milk &1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate & 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour & 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder & 1/4 tsp baking soda
- For chocolate mud: 1 cup milk & 2 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder & 50 gm dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp corn flour mixture, 2 tbsp butter & 2 tbsp chocolate curls
Directions
- In a pan bring 3/4 cups milk on heat, add 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup dark chocolate, 1/4 cup butter and whisk continuously till it comes to a boil.
- Next in a sieve take 3-4 cup all purpose flour, 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda and seive all together. Now whisk and mix all the dry ingredients. Next gradually add chocolate mixture and mix well. The chocolate batter is ready.
- Cut out Oddy Ecobake paper. It is non-sticky, healthy and hassle free to use. Place the paper cut out in the pan and pour the batter and spread uniformly. Place on pre-heated tawa. Cover & bake at low flame for 18 minutes. Remove lid after 18 minutes. Fully baked chocolate base is ready.
- Next in a pan bring to heat 1 cup milk, 2 tbsp sugar, 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder, 50 gm dark chocolate and mix well. Add to he boiling mixture 3 tbsp corn flour mixture and mix well. The mixture will start thickening, add to it 2 tbsp butter. The chocolate mud is ready.
- Cool completely and pour over baked chocolate base and spread uniformly. Add chocolate curls on top of the chocolate mud sideways. Allow it to cool, and later cut & serve.
