Milk Burfi With Milk Powder and Ghee

The ideal dessert for the festival season is milk burfi, which is simple to prepare. Normally, milk-based barfi is created by simply evaporating full cream milk, but in this instance, we’ve utilised milk powder to speed up the cooking process. Ingredients

 

  • Ghee 1/4 cup & Milk 1/2 cup
  • Sugar & Milk powder 2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • Pistachios 2 tsp

Directions

 

  • In a kadhai or pan, heat 1/4 cup ghee and 1/2 cup milk. Stir and boil the milk for 4-5 min. Add 2 cups of milk powder.
  • Stir continuously and break up the lumps. Add sugar to your taste and cardamom powder. Mix everything well.
  • Let the sugar dissolve completely. Place Ecobake cooking and baking paper in the cake tin or on a plate.
  • Immediately transfer the mixture to the tin and press it gently using a spatula or spoon.
  • Once it sets completely, sprinkle some chopped pistachios over it. Cut them into pieces of your choice and enjoy.
