Crispy Chicken lollipop

Appetizers cannot be complete when it comes to chicken lollipop. As fancy as it looks, it’s relatively simple to prepare. Oddy uniwraps removes excess oil after frying. Oddy uniwraps is reusable and eco-friendly as well.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 kg chicken lollipop
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour(maida)
  • 5 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tsp garlic ginger paste
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp red chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Directions

 

  • Marinate chicken lollipop with garlic ginger paste, salt and vinegar for an hour.
  • In bowl take maida, cornflour, red chilli sauce, tomato sauce, chilli powder and salt. Add water and make thick flowing batter. Put all marinated lollipop in the batter and rest for 10-15 mins.
  • Heat oil and deep fry on medium flame. Let the lollipops cook evenly and get a nice color.
  • Remove the chicken lollipops in Oddy Uniwraps. Oddy Uniwraps is non-sticky, grease proof and reusable. Perfect for keeping fried food and to remove excess oil.
  • Serve hot with schezwan chutney or tomato ketchup.
