Make this yummy and easy potato sandwich for your kids’ lunch boxes. This is a simple yet different sandwich recipe made with potato filling. Wrapping your potato sandwiches in paper foil helps to keep them fresh and prevents them from becoming soggy.

Ingredients

 

  • Mashed Potatoes
  • Mustard oil
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • Turmeric Powder Salt
  • Bread slices
  • Ginger garlic paste

Directions

 

  • Make potato filling by heating oil in a pan and adding other ingredients like mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and mashed potatoes. 
  • Take two bread slices, cut them into a circular shape using a cup, and fill them with the potato filling in between two pieces of bread. 
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves, and then cook these sandwiches in the pan until they turn brown and crispy. 
  • Pack these potato sandwiches in your kid's tiffin box using Uniwraps paper foil to keep them soft and to prevent them from becoming soggy.
