Directions
- Mix the wet ingredients for the cake in a mixing bowl. Sieve the dry ingredients into the bowl and mix them with the wet ingredients to prepare the cake batter.
- Transfer the cake batter into a cake mould lined with brown Ecobake cooking paper. Bake the cake for 40 to 45 minutes in a preheated kadai on the stove.
- Once the cake is baked and cooled, trim the upper part of the cake. Then divide the cake into 3 equal parts. Beat whipping cream in a bowl and beat it until stiff peaks are formed.
- Place the first cake layer on the cake board, soak it with milk and condensed milk syrup, apply whipped cream and garnish with chopped nuts.
- Now repeat the same process for the second and third layers of the cake. Frost the cake completely with the cream and level it using a card and spatula.
- Prepare the milk ganache by melting whipped cream and condensed milk in a pan and mixing them together. Apply this ganache over the cake and spread it uniformly over the cake.
- Garnish the cake with chopped nuts and place the happy birthday tag on it. Your milk-flavoured nutty birthday cake is ready.
