Chocolate Cake without Butter or Oil

Try this delicious and easy chocolate cake with eggs. You do not need to add any butter or oil to make this cake. Oddy Ecobake cooking paper circles allow you to bake a perfect-shaped cake without greasing the mold.

Ingredients

Powdered sugar- 1 cup & Eggs-4
Salt-1/4 tsp & Baking powder-1 tsp
Vanilla essence- ½ tsp & Maida- 1cup
Cocoa powder - 2.5 tbsp

Directions

Whisk the powdered sugar and eggs together in a bowl. Add salt, baking powder, and vanilla essence to it and beat well. Add the sifted maida to it and mix with a spatula.
Line a cake mould with an Oddy Ecobake cooking paper circle, and transfer the batter into it. Tap gently to remove any air bubbles in the cake batter.
Bake the cake on the stove for 30 to 35 minutes on a low flame. Once the cake is baked and cooled, demold it. Cut the cake into small pieces and enjoy.
