Cheesy Potato Long Fries

Are you planning a party at home with kids? Then make these delicious potato-cheesy long fries that are made from potatoes and cheese. If you are planning ahead to make these fries, then make sticks and wrap them in Oddy Ecobake, which will help to retain moisture and keep them fresh for up to a month.

Ingredients

 

  • Boiled potatoes -2 Pieces & Processed cheese-1 Cube
  • Rice flour - 1 Tbsp & Corn flour -1 Tbsp
  • Salt - 1/4 Tsp & Mixed herbs -¼Tsp
  • Piping bag & Mayonnaise
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Grate boiled potatoes and processed cheese in a bowl. Add rice flour, corn flour, salt, and mixed herbs to it and mix well.
  • Transfer this into a piping bag. Make a small cut as shown.
  • Spread Oddy Ecobake on a rolling board. Make sticks from the dough as shown.
  • Refrigerate these sticks up to a month, wrapping them in Oddy Ecobake to fry in batches.
  • Deep fry the sticks in medium-hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Garnish with tandoori mayonnaise while serving.
