Chocolate Cake in a Steel Glass

Here’s how you can make a chocolate cake in steel glass. You can bake these chocolate cakes without an oven or eggs. With Oddy Ecobake, you do not need to grease the glass with oil or butter, as it makes demolding easy.

Ingredients

 

  • 1/2 Cup lukewarm milk & 2 Tbsp bournvita
  • 1/2 Cup all purpose flour & 1/4 Cup sugar powder
  • 1/2 Tsp baking powder & 1/4 Tsp baking soda
  • 1.5 Tbsp milk powder & 2 Tbsp oil
  • 1 Tsp vinegar & Brown Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Add Bournvita to lukewarm milk, mix well, and keep it aside. Sift maida, sugar, milk powder, baking powder, and baking soda together into a mixing bowl. Stir and mix well.
  • Add oil to the mixture and gradually add Bournvita milk. Mix everything together to form the cake batter. Add vinegar to the cake batter and mix well.
  • Transfer the cake batter into a tea glass lined with Brown Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake for 25 minutes at low heat in a preheated kadai. Once the cake is baked and cooled, slice it into small pieces and enjoy.
