Vanilla Cake with Homemade Premix

Try this vanilla cake sponge made with homemade premix. It becomes very easy for you to bake the cake with this cake premix. Oddy Ecobake helps you bake the perfect cake without greasing the mold. You can reuse this Oddy Ecobake for other purposes.

Ingredients

1 Cup all purpose flour & 1/2 Cup sugar powder
1.5 Tbsp corn flour & 2 Tbsp milk powder (optional)
1 Tsp baking powder & 1/2 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Tsp GMS powder & 2 Tbsp oil
1/2 Cup +1 Tbsp water & Oddy Ecobake

Directions

Mix all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, corn flour, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda, and GMS powder together in a bowl.
Transfer this cake premix to an airtight container and use it when necessary. Add water and oil to the 1.5 cups of cake premix to prepare the cake batter.
Transfer the cake batter to a mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Place a wire stand on a tawa and heat it for 5 minutes. Now place the cake mould on it and close it with a deep-bottomed vessel as shown.
Bake the cake for 45 minutes. Once the cake is baked and cooled, demold it. Remove the Oddy Ecobake. Your vanilla cake sponge is ready!
