Make Pineapple Cake in a Pan

About the Recipe

Today we’re going to prepare a pan-based, fresh and delectable pineapple cake without the use of an oven. There are only a few ingredients needed to prepare it. To prevent the pineapple cake from sticking to the pan while baking, use the Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Tray.

Ingredients

 

  • 1/3 Cup fresh curd & 1/3 Cup sugar powder
  • 3 Tbsp oil & 1/2 Tsp pineapple essence
  • 3.4 Cup all purpose flour & 1 Tbsp milk powder
  • 1/4 Tsp baking powder & 1/4 Tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 Cup milk, whip cream & Pineapple pieces
  • Cherries & Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Tray

Directions

 

  • Mix the wet ingredients in a bowl. Add the dry ingredients through a sieve and combine them with the wet ingredients to prepare the cake batter.
  • Transfer the cake batter to a pan lined with Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Tray. Bake the cake for 15 minutes on low flame. 
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, apply whipped cream to it and spread it evenly. Level the cream with a card or a spatula.
  • Make a spiral design using yellow cream and chocolate ganache. Make a web design using a toothpick on the cake.
  • Decorate the cake with a flower design using a nozzle. Add cherries to the cream. Garnish with pineapple pieces on top of the cream, as shown.
