Tasty and Simple Teatime Cake

About the Recipe

Make this fluffy and soft teatime cake for your evening snacks. This can be made without eggs, an oven, or condensed milk. Oddy Ecobake helps you get the perfect shape for your cake without greasing the mold. Hence, no additional cleanup is required.

Ingredients

 

  • Tutti frutti - 70 gm, Milk - 150 ml & Vinegar - 1 tsp
  • Maida - 1 cup + 1 tbsp & Milk powder - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup & Vanilla essence - 1 tsp, Oddy Ecobake
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp & Baking powder - 1/4 tsp

Directions

 

  • Coat the tutti frutti with maida and keep it aside. Line the cake mould with Oddy Ecobake.
  • Preheat the kadai for 10 minutes. Mix vinegar with milk to prepare buttermilk.
  • Sift the dry ingredients into a bowl. Mix them well. Add the buttermilk mixture to it and mix well.
  • Add vanilla essence, baking soda, and baking powder to the cake batter and mix well.
  • Transfer the batter to a cake mold. Bake the cake in the kadai for 35 to 40 minutes.
  • Once the cake is completely baked and cooled, cut it into small slices and enjoy!
