Ingredients

 

  • Any Farali aata 1 Cup + 1/4 th Cup Or 150g
  • Powder sugar 3/4 cup or 130 grams
  • Butter 50 gram or 1/4 th cup
  • Milk powder 3 tbsp or 25 grams
  • Curd 4 tbsp or 100 grams
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup OR 125 grams
  • dry fruits
  • vanilla essence 1/4 tsp
  • cake tin 6 inch
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • In a bowl add curd, powdered sugar and mix well. Add melted butter, vanilla essence and mix well. Sieve bhagar aata, milk powder, baking powder, baking soda and whisk well. Add milk and whisk well. Make a thick batter.
  • Line the baking tin with Oddy Ecobake. Skip greasing the tin and Oddy Ecobake is grease-proof and non-sticky. Pour the cake batter and level it up. Add dry fruits and rose petals on top for decoration.
  • Bake the cake at 180 degrees for 45-50 mins. Demold the cake once cooled. Our Farali cake is ready.
