Ingredients

 

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 Tsp mix herbs
  • 1/4 Cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 Cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 Cup boiled sweet corn
  • 1/4 Cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 Tbsp schezwan sauce
  • Big sweet bun
  • mayonnaise
  • processed cheese
  • Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • In a pan add butter, chopped garlic and saute until garlic is golden cooked. Add mix herbs, chopped onions, mix and cook until onions become slightly transparent.
  • Add chopped capsicum, boiled sweet corn, chopped tomatoes, salt and chilli flakes. Mix and cook for 3 mins. Once veggies are half cooked, add schezwan sauce and mix well.
  • Take a big sweet bun and slice from middle. Add mayonnaise and spread uniformly. Add prepared schezwan filling. Add chopped onions and grates processed cheese. Add black olives. Sprinkle mix herbs and chilli flakes.
  • Place top layer and apply schezwan sauce. Add grated processed cheese. In a pan line it with Oddy Ecobake. Oddy Ecobake is grease-proof and hence skip greasing the pan. Place bun in pan for cooking.
  • Cover and cook at low flame for 10 mins. Remove lid after 10 mins. Burger cooked completely. Sprinkle chilli flakes, mix herbs and serve hot.
