Classic Vanilla Pastry

About the Recipe

Classic Vanilla Pastry is an all-time favorite pastry of everyone. Before baking, line the cake baking tin with Oddy Ecobake. It is safe, easy, and very convenient to use.

Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup vanilla premix, 1/2 cup water, 1.5 tbsp oil
  • diluted strawberry jam or strawberry crush
  • whipped cream, white chocolate ganache
  • triangle scrapper, N11 nozzle,
  • small star shaped fondant decoration, fine chocolate strips and small heart shaped fondant decoration

Directions

 

  • In a bowl, take 1 cup vanilla premix, 1/2 cup water, 1.5 tbsp oil. Mix well to form a smooth batter. Bake at 180 degree celsius for 20-25 mins.
  • Allow it to cool. Cut the top upper later. Slice the cake into three layers. Place on layer on cake board and soak it with water.
  • Take diluted strawberry jam or strawberry crush and apply on the cake sponge. Then add whipped cream and white chocolate ganache. Mix and layer it nicely.
  • The thickness of cream should be equal to the sponge thickness. Complete the rest of the layers with same steps. Cut the edges from all four sides of the cake.
  • With help of a triangle scrapper, make zig-zag design. Cut out pastries from the cake in rectangular shape. With N11 nozzle, make a single star on the pastry.
  • Add small star shaped fondant decoration, fine chocolate strips and small heart shaped fondant decoration. Classic Vanilla Pastry is ready.
