Ingredients

 

  • 270 gm chocolate premix, 159 gm water
  • Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles
  • whipped cream and strawberry crush
  • flat card scrapper and triangle scrapper, red cherries
  • chocolate ganashe, finely chopped chocolate compound

Directions

 

  • Mix together 270 gm chocolate premix, 159 gm water to form a smooth batter.
  • Line a heart shaped or any other shape cake tin with Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles. Pour the batter and bake for 25-30 mins at 180 degree temperature.
  • Allow it to cool. Cut it into three layers. Place the last layer on cake board. Add whipped cream and strawberry crush.
  • Mix it well and spread it evenly. Repeat the steps and complete the rest of the cake. Do the crump coating and complete frosting of the cake.
  • With a flat card scrapper and triangle scrapper, make a pattern on the sides. Fill chocolate ganashe in a piping bag and do a chocolate drip effect on the edge of the cake.
  • Add finecly chopped chocolate compound on the inner corners of the cake top. With whipped cream, make bottom border.
  • Make rosses on the cake top and place red cherries. Cake is ready to be served.
