Tempting Malai Cake

About the Recipe

Make this wonderful Malai cake if you want to use the leftover cream you have at home to make a dessert for a party gathering. It really doesn’t require an oven, yet it tastes amazing. You can prepare it on an Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Tray, which eliminates the need to grease the pan and lowers the time and effort required for cleanup. Additionally, it’s recyclable.

Ingredients

 

  • Soda & Cream & Condensed milk
  • Cocoa powder & All-purpose flour & Baking soda
  • Baking powder & Whipping cream
  • Chocolate bars & Chopped nuts & Silver sugar sprinkles
  • Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Tray

Directions

 

  • Add soda to a pan, add cream, condensed milk, and cocoa powder to it, and stir well.
  • Then mix it with sifted all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda, stirring continuously to make a smooth batter.
  • Shift it into Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Tray and place it in a pan.
  • Cover and cook it for 40 minutes on a low flame. Remove it from Oddy Ecobake cooking paper Tray.
  • Decorate with whipping cream, chocolate bars, chopped nuts, and silver sugar sprinkles. The delicious malai cake is ready
