New Butterscotch Cake

About the Recipe

New Butterscotch Cake with an easy and attractive cake design. This recipe is for half kg cake. Use Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles for lining the cake tin. It comes in pre-cut circle shapes and is available in various sizes. It is easy to sue and is re-suable for baking and cooking.

Ingredients

 

  • 180 gm premix, 90 gm water,
  • butterscotch essence,whipped cream,
  • homemade caramel sauce, butterscotch crush/chunks
  • Flat card and triangle card
  • Oddy Ecobake Cooking Paper Circles, 2F Nozzle,
  • Yellow, Pink and Purple colors, N46 nozzle, silver glitter

Directions

 

  • Mix together 180 gm premix, 90 gm water, and few drops of butterscotch essence. Mix well for smooth battery consistent.
  • Line cake tin with Oddy Ecobake Cooking paper Circles. Pour batter and bake for 30-5 ins at 180 degree temperature.
  • Alllow it to cool and cut into three layers. Place last layer, spray water. Add whipped cream and caramel sauce.
  • Mix it on the layer of cake and spread evenly. Add butterscotch chunks. Repeat the steps till all layers are done. Complete the crumb coating and frosting.
  • Using flat card and triangle card make a circle pattern on the sides. Take 2F nozzle and using a piping bag, fill yellow whipped cream.
  • Make design on border as shown in video. Take N46 nozzle and make rosses on the yellow border. Using star nozzle make flowers on the yellow border.
  • On the base of the cake, add the butterscotch chunks. On the colored roses add silver sugar balls and spray silver edible glitter.
