Bakery Style Chocolate Brownie Pastry is full of chocolates and tastes like heaven. Try this pastry recipe for kids or any party’s return gift. Use Oddy Ecobake for baking cakes, it helps in the easy removal of baked cakes. Plus Oddy Uniwraps is good to pack the pastry. It will not soil the kids’ hands and looks attractive too.

Ingredients

 

  • Oddy Ecobake, Oddy Uniwraps
  • 100 gm melted dark chocolate compound
  • 1/2 cup refined oil, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 + 3/4 cup maida, 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder,
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 cup milk
  • optional - If batter is thick, add 1-2 tbsp milk
  • 100 gm dark chocolate, 2 tbsp whipping cream
  • milk chocolate, red cherry

Directions

 

  • Line the loft baking tray with Oddy Ecobake and keep aside. In a bowl take melted dark chocolate compound, refined oil, and vanilla essence.
  • Mix well. Place a sieve and add maida, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda. Mix the dry and wet ingredients.
  • Now add 1 cup milk and whisk it properly. (optional - If batter is thick, add 1-2 tbsp milk). Now pour the batter in the tray and tap it.
  • Bake it 180 degree celsius for 25-30 mins. Once done, let it cool. Cut the above dome of the cake and make it equal.
  • Now melt dark chocolate and add whipping cream. Whish it well and microwave it for few second and further refrigerate it.
  • Once cooled, spread it on the cake evenly. Trim the two corners and give it even size. Now cut the cake into pastry.
  • Take melted milk chocolate, pour it into Oddy Uniwraps and use it as piping bag. Make a zigzag design on the pastry and put a red cherry for decoration. Oddy Uniwraps can be used to pack the pastry as well.
