New Year’s Tall Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

 

  • Chocolate cake oremix - 300 gm, oil - 3 tbsp & water - 3/4 cup
  • dark chocolate - 150 gm & whipped cream - 200ml + 1.5 cup
  • Oddy Ecobake, Dark chocolate & Edible gold paint

Directions

 

  • Prepare cake batter by mixing cake premix with oil and water. Transfer the cake batter into a cake mould lined with Oddy Ecobake. Bake the cake for 55 minutes in an oven at 165 degrees C. Prepare chocolate ganache by melting chocolate and whipping cream.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, trim the top of the cake. Then divide the cake into three equal parts. Beat the whipping cream in a bowl and beat it until stiff peaks are formed, then add half of the chocolate ganache to it. Your chocolate frosting is ready!
  • Place the first cake layer on the cake board, soak it with sugar syrup, and apply chocolate frosting.Now repeat the same process for the second and third layers of the cake. Frost the cake completely with the cream and level it using a card and spatula.
  • Pour the remaining chocolate ganache on the cake and spread it uniformly. Prepare the golden sphere balls as described and use them to decorate the cake. Place the Happy New Year tag, and your tall cake is ready!
