Chocolate-overloaded cake is rich in chocolate and appealing to the eye. Children and those with a sweet tooth will love this. With Oddy Ecobake, you may quickly demold the cake after baking it in perfect shape.

Ingredients

 

  • 3 tbsp oil, 1/2 cup sugar & 2 tbsp milk
  • Maida - 1 cup milk powder - 3 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp & Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp & Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Brown Oddy Ecobake & 1/4 tsp lime juice
  • Chocolate cream - 250 ml & Dark chocolate - 50gm
  • Whipping cream - 3 tbsp & Edible gold paint
  • Chocolates, wafers & Silver balls

Directions

 

  • Mix the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients to prepare the cake batter. Transfer the cake batter to a mould lined with an Brown Oddy Ecobake & in a cupcake mold. Bake the cake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
  • Once the cake is baked and cooled, divide it into three layers. Prepare chocolate ganache by melting dark chocolate and whipped cream in an oven for 20 seconds. Beat 250 ml of whipping cream in a bowl.
  • Place the first cake layer on the cake board, soak it with sugar syrup, and apply whipped cream and chocolate ganache. Now repeat the same process for the second and third layers of the cake.
  • Frost the cake completely with the chocolate cream.  Level the cream using a cake scraper and spatula. Make chocolate drips at the ends of the cake. Pour the chocolate ganache over the top of the cake and spread it evenly.
  • Place the chocolate cup cake on it. Make a rosette on the cupcake with the N1 nozzle using chocolate cream. Decorate the cake with chocolates, cookies and wafers of your choice.
  • Make flowers besides the chocolate with a star-shaped nozzle. Garnish the cake with edible butterflies and silver balls. Your chocolate overloaded cake is now ready!
