Bakery Style Eggless Vanilla Cupcake is a basic yet very famous cupcake. It is liked by kids as well as adults. For baking cupcakes, liners are required, But with Oddy Ecobake, you can make cupcake liners at home. It’s easy, safe, and hassle-free to use. It helps in the smooth removal of cupcakes after baking.

Ingredients

 

  • 100 gm Maida (3/4th cup), 10 gm Milk powder (1tbsp)
  • 60 gm Curd (1/4th cup), 70 gm Sugar (1/3cup),
  • 25 gm Oil (4 tbsp), 50 gm Milk (1/4 cup),
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder, 1/4 tsp Baking soda,
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence, 2 tbsp Trutti Fruity, Oddy Ecobake

Directions

 

  • Take Oddy Ecobake and line the cups as shown in the video. In a bowl, take curd, and oil. Mix and whisk it well till it's properly blended.
  • Now add powdered sugar and mix. Add vanilla essence and mix again. Now place a sieve and add maida, milk powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
  • Mix all the ingredients well. Now add milk gradually in small portions. Keep mixing and checking the consistency of the batter.
  • Now pour the batter into a piping bag. Fill the Oddy Ecobake lined cups with batter with help of a piping bag. Fill the cups to ¾ level of the cup.
  • Keep space for cupcakes to rise. Add tutti fruity as toppings. Tap the cupcakes to release extra air. Now bake them in a preheated kadai, for 5 mins on high flame, 30 mins on slow flame. Once done, allow it to cool. Demold and serve.
