Equal quantities of bajra, maize, and jowar atta, along with oi and salt, should be combined in a mixing bowl to make healthy rotis. The dough should then be softened by kneading. Pinch a small ball of dough and roll it flat into slightly thick rotis on the rolling board after dusting it with atta. On a heated tawa, cook them on both sides. The healthy rotis are ready. Use Oddy Uniwraps, which are reusable, grease-proof, and food-safe, to wrap the healthy rotis for the lunchbox. Serve the rotis with a side dish of your preferred sabji.
