Moong Dal Sabji With Paratha

 

About the Recipe

Green gram, spices, and tomatoes are used to make the traditional Gujarati dish moong dal sabji. When eaten with rotis or parathas, the moong dal sabji has a tasty flavor. Ingredients

 

  • Cumin, Oil, Red chilli
  • Curry leaves, Asafoetida, Tomato
  • Turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder
  • Coriander-cumin powder, Water
  • Green gram, Lemon juice
  • Oddy Uniwraps

Directions

 

  • Heat oil in a pan, Splutter cumin, red chili, and curry leaves, then add chopped tomatoes and stir well.
  • Add the required salt, Kashmiri chilli powder, turmeric powder, and coriander-cumin powder, and fry them well.
  • Then add boiled moong dal to it and stir well. Add water to adjust consistency. Let it cook for some time.
  • Switch off the flame and squeeze lemon juice at the end. The moong dal is ready. Serve it with paratha wrapped in Oddy Uniwraps.
